Before you pay
How do I pay?
The plan buttons open a secure Stripe checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
What happens right after I pay?
We email you from [email protected] within 24 hours with next steps. You either forward Google's "new review" emails to us, or add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You never give us your Google password.
Can I see your work before paying?
Yes. Get 5 free replies to your latest reviews first, with no card. You can also read our sample replies.
How do I cancel?
Email us any time. There is no contract and no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and your first paid month is refundable in full within 14 days.
Can you guarantee more customers or a higher rating?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. We promise a personal reply to every review within 24 hours. What customers do next is up to them.

Each Google Business Profile counts as one location. Payment is taken at the start of each month, before work begins. If you go over 60 new reviews in a month at one location, we will tell you before anything changes. See our refund policy.
